Datalogger Control Panel
This custom control panel was designed and built for a local customer. It includes a data logger that takes readings from 8 flow meters and up to 32 thermocouples (including remote modules) to monitor critical lab processes. The custom stand was included due to tight space constraints and a lack of a mounting surface.
Medical Device Manufacturing Cell
Volt Controls was hired to perform the PLC programming, HMI programming, and FAT support for a novel medical device manufacturing assembly cell. This included program architecture and scratch PLC/HMI programming based on the PackML automation standard. The machine included induction heating, laser welding, automatic inspection, and Fanuc SCARA robot integration.
